Randall's passion has always been to help others, it's no surprise Randall has a degree in Social Work. He has a desire to use his talents as an illusionist to help young people see the traps, the illusions, that are present in our lives; the illusion that bullying is a sign of strength, the illusion that having respect for others is weak, the illusion that any behavior is ok as long as you don't get caught.

Randall challenges his audience to reject the often held illusion that strength is having power over someone and adopt the truth that strength is treating people with respect. He invites them to reject the illusion that "success" is the accumulation of "things". He teaches that REAL success is found by following 3 steps:

1- Respect For Self
2- Respect For Others
3- Responsibility For All Our Actions

Randall also uses volunteers to help illustrate how consequences come with every decision we make. Randall shares with his audience techniques that will help sharpen their decision making skills.
